Jacinto City Drivers' Help Desk for Extended Warranties

A car extended warranty, auto repair warranty or auto protection warranty only helps if it pays when a part fails. We sit down with you over the parts list, what's excluded and how claims work, so a breakdown in Pasadena or Galena Park doesn't leave you with an unexpected bill.

Coverage Plans We Set Up

Our office has spent 40 years in this line of work, and we hold certification in all 50 states. A plan set up here keeps working if you move away or break down on a road trip. We offer three kinds of coverage: a car extended warranty for vehicles near or past the factory warranty, an auto repair warranty built around the parts that fail most, and an auto protection warranty for drivers who want wider coverage. All three are vehicle service contracts, and the fine print decides how well each one pays. That fine print is what we go through with you.

About Our Office

We are a small office that does one thing: help drivers protect themselves from repair costs. We talk like people, not salesmen. If a plan does not fit your car or your budget, we say so.

Our work happens at our office, over the phone or by video, whatever is easier for you. We would rather spend an extra ten minutes on the exclusions page than have you find out about a gap at the repair counter.

Where Our Clients Drive

Jacinto City is home base, and many of the drivers we help live close by in Galena Park, Cloverleaf, Channelview and Pasadena. Others reach us from Houston, Deer Park, South Houston, La Porte, Bellaire and Aldine. Plans can be set up by phone, by video or at our office, so the trip to see us is optional.

Why Drivers Work With Us

A plan is only as good as its small print. We spend our time on the lines most people skip.

Four decades at this
We have been in business 40 years. That is a lot of contracts read and a lot of claims watched. We know which clauses cause trouble later.
Coverage that travels
We are certified in all 50 states. If you drive to see family or take a job somewhere else, your coverage does not stop at the Texas line.
We read the exclusions out loud
Wear items, seals and gaskets, pre-existing problems and waiting periods are where plans differ. We point to each one in the contract and tell you what it means for your vehicle.
Plans matched to the vehicle
A ten-year-old truck with high miles needs different coverage than a three-year-old SUV. We start with your vehicle and how you drive, then show you the plans that fit.
Payments you can plan around
We offer flexible payment options. Most families we talk to want steady monthly payments instead of one big repair bill, and we set it up that way.

How a Plan Gets Priced

Plans don't come with one fixed price. Your vehicle and the amount of coverage you pick decide it. Below are the things that push it up or down, so the number we give you by phone isn't a surprise.

We give your free quote by phone once we know about your vehicle. Each plan's covered parts sit right beside its price, so the comparison stays fair.

Year and mileage
An older vehicle with more miles has more parts nearing the end of their life. That raises the price of coverage, right around the time repairs begin to come up.
What you drive
Repair costs for engines and transmissions vary from one vehicle to the next. The parts and labor time your model needs go directly into what the plan costs.
Depth of coverage
Powertrain-only coverage is cheaper than a plan that also takes in sensors, electrical and air conditioning. With our summer heat, AC coverage deserves a careful look.
Your deductible
Choosing a higher deductible brings the plan cost down. We find out if it applies per repair or per visit, since that affects what you owe at the shop.
Length of the plan
A longer term has a bigger total, but it's spread across more months. We put a few term lengths next to each other for you.

How It Works, Start to Finish

Most drivers are set up in one conversation. You can call, stop by our office or meet with us by video.

  1. 1

    Start with the basics

Give us the current odometer reading along with the year, make and model. We also ask how the vehicle gets used, since a daily commute, long highway trips and towing all wear parts differently.

  2. 2

    Compare plans side by side

We pull up the plans that fit and go through them line by line. You see the covered parts, the exclusions, the deductible and any waiting period.

  3. 3

    Pick your payment setup

You choose the plan and the payment schedule that works for your budget. We explain when coverage starts and what to keep on file, like oil change receipts.

  4. 4

    Call us when something breaks

If you have a breakdown, we help you understand the claim steps and what the shop needs to send. You are not left reading the contract alone.

What Drivers Want to Know

Is a vehicle service contract just another name for car insurance?
No, each covers something else. Car insurance pays for damage from events like theft, a collision or hail. A vehicle service contract, often called an extended warranty, pays for repairs when a part fails or wears out by itself. Many drivers carry both.
Will a plan cover a vehicle with a lot of miles or years on it?
In many cases, yes. You'll have fewer plans to pick from as mileage climbs, but some usually remain. Share the year and odometer reading, and we'll show what's out there and what each plan excludes.
Can I back out after I sign?
Yes. Cancel within the first 30 days at no charge and you get your full deposit back. Take that time to go through the contract carefully, and call us about anything that isn't clear.
Can I get help in Spanish?
Yes. Our support is in both English and Spanish, so you can talk through your plan and ask questions in the language that's easiest for you.
Is roadside assistance part of the plan?
Yes. Our plans come with roadside assistance covered under the warranty. When we review your plan, we explain what it handles, like a jump start or a tow.
Am I able to use the mechanic I already trust?
That varies by plan. Some allow any repair shop, while others require approval before the work begins. We go over this together before you sign, so it's clear later.
How does paying monthly work?
Our payment options are flexible. Most drivers split the plan cost into monthly payments. We build the schedule with you and spell out what you owe and when it's due.
